We have filling lines for a variety of containers, from 15mL vials 32oz hot fill bottles, plastic or glass, for food beverage manufacturing. We can cap your bottles with most any closure including including droppers, pumps, sprayers, and metal lug caps for glass bottles.
Our manufacturing process will give your beverage a 24 month microbial shelf life under ambient storage.
1. Batching and Blending.
After a QC inspector has approved the ingredients to be used, we add them to a batching tank using high-shear mixer, blending each until fully dissolved.
2. Pasteurization.
Pasteurization is essential to make a beverage shelf-stable. We flash pasteurize (a method known as HTST—High Temperature Short Time) in such a way as to best preserve flavors and functional ingredients. The liquid then immediately moves to a filler for hot filling or via a crash cooler for cold filling.
3. Filling and Capping.
After hot filling your beverage and capping the bottle, we invert it for a minimum 30 seconds to pasteurize also the underside of the cap.
4. Tunnel Cooling.
If your beverage is hot filled, it goes through a cooling tunnel where the temperature of the liquid drops to around 110ºF. This helps preserve flavors and heat-sensitive ingredients such as some vitamins.
5. Labeling.
A high-speed sleeve applicator drops a sleeve over your bottle. The bottle then goes into a steam tunnel that has adjustments for seven heat zones to shrink the sleeve perfectly to the shape of your bottle. We can also apply pressure-sensitive wrap labels.
6. Pack Out.
During pack out, we can put your product in unit boxes, display boxes, master cases or beverage trays. The finished pallets have edge guards, protective film and straps.

Trial Run and Scale Up.
It is a good idea to start a new beverage with a small trial run. This is usually a production of up to 10,000 bottles. You can then market test and introduce the beverage without having to make a large investment. Following the trial run, we will work with you to scale up your production as your brand grows.
